The present invention aims to provide a cover device capable of protecting an electronic device. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the cover device may include: a first cover part that can cover a first surface of the electronic device and can be attached to and detached from the first surface; a second cover part which is joined with the first cover part and can pivot to open and close a second surface of the electronic device; and a transforming member which is arranged on the second cover part and is transformed in at least one shape to expose at least a portion of the electronic device to the outside of the second cover part.
