Glass Reinforced Plastic Liner for Car Refrigerator, its Preparation Way and Car Refrigerator

Abstract of Instruction The invention is to disclose a kind of glass reinforced plastic liner used for car refrigerator, including the glass fiber cloth and the resin composite solidified on the mentioned glass fiber cloth. Mass ratio between the resin composite and the mentioned glass fiber cloth is ( 0.5~0.6 ): 1; the resin composite includes resin, aluminum powder, accelerant and curing agent, and the mass percent of all compositions of the resin composite are: resin 56.5%~66.5%, aluminum powder 30%~40%, curing agent 0.8%~1.2%, curing agent 1.6%~2.4% and pigment 0.3%~0.7%. The glass reinforced plastic liner looks beautiful, clean, and solid and shall not be deformed or damaged. It is also acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and anticorrosive. The refrigerator with glass reinforced plastic liner used shall have longer stop and start period so as to reduce the startup times of compressor and reduce energy consumption.
