PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow slide mechanism which enables a pillow provided at a seat back of a vehicle seat to smoothly and quietly move in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A pillow slide mechanism includes: a guide 71 provided at one of a seat back 51 and a pillow 53; first and second brackets (first and second engagement parts) 63, 65 which are provided at the other of the seat back 51 and the pillow 53 and contact with the guide 71 so as to move relative to the guide 71. The guide 71 has elasticity and makes pressure contact with the brackets 63, 65. |
