PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize effectively a raw refuse solubilized liquid in organic waste disposal in which part of the raw refuse solubilized liquid is introduced to biological treatment equipment as an organic carbon source.SOLUTION: An organic waste disposal system 1 comprises: a solubilization device 10 for solubilizing raw refuse; a storage tank 5 into which both of a solid content and a liquid content of the solubilized raw refuse are introduced and which temporarily stores them with a biological treatment residue such as night soil and discharge water; and a biological treatment device 6 into which the stored matter stored in the storage tank 5 is introduced and which performs biological treatment to the stored matter.
