PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse unit capable of easily changing a rating by using a fuse element press-worked in the same fusible element shape.SOLUTION: A fuse unit comprises: a fuse element 15 in which a part between a battery connection plate part 19 conductively connected to a battery terminal and a terminal connection plate part 21 conductively connected to an electric wire of an external circuit is conductively connected by a fusible element part 13 melted by energization heat when a current equal to or more than a rated current flows; and an insulation resin body insert-molding the fuse element 15. A battery side conductive part 35 formed by a plurality of coupling parts 33 is provided between the battery connection plate part 19 and the fusible element part 13. A terminal side conductive part 37 formed by a plurality of coupling parts 33 is provided between the terminal connection plate part 21 and the fusible element part 13. After forming the fuse element 15 in a predetermined shape by die-cutting, a cutting process of cutting the coupling parts 33 is performed for the purpose of setting the rating of the fusible element part 13. |
