<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power by reducing power consumption during non-call time by ensuring a period for turning off power supply to a packet reception unit or packet analysis unit while enabling call incoming.SOLUTION: An IP telephone terminal comprises a reception control unit for receiving a call incoming request and analyzing it, and notifies a circuit termination device of a stop period for periodically stopping the reception control unit. When receiving the notification from the IP telephone terminal, the circuit termination device stops transmitting a call incoming request to the IP telephone terminal during the stop period.</p> |
