METHOD FOR PREVENTING CHILD FROM BEING LEFT IN VEHICLE USING OBD2 SOCKET AND SMART PHONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a child from being left in a vehicle.SOLUTION: The method includes: a step for searching an OBD2 socket in a vehicle; a step for inserting an OBD2 adapter having Bluetooth (R) installed therein, into the OBD2 socket; a step for causing a driver to have a smart phone including a warning program; a step for connecting the OBD2 adapter and the smart phone through Bluetooth; a step for, when the OBD2 adapter receives vehicle movement information from the OBD2 socket, transmitting movement information to the smart phone through Bluetooth; and a step in which the warning program controls the smart phone to issue a warning to the driver so as to issue a command for causing the driver to take an action necessary for preventing a child from being left in the vehicle.
