PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-oxygen bonding device which can bond hydrogen to oxygen and suppress ignition of hydrogen.SOLUTION: A hydrogen-oxygen bonding device 1 includes a passage member 2 through which gas containing hydrogen and oxygen passes, and a plurality of catalyst members 3 which are arranged inside the passage member 2 and each provided with a catalyst 6 for bonding the hydrogen to the oxygen when contacted with the gas. The plurality of catalyst members 3 are arranged in a gas flow direction. The catalyst member 3 arranged on the downstream side in the gas flow direction is provided with a larger amount of the catalyst 6 than the catalyst member 3 arranged on the upstream side in the gas flow direction.
