<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and a load measurement method dispensing with the need for defining, for each server, a critical value for a resource use amount, such as a critical CPU use rate, in advance in order to calculate the load of a server.SOLUTION: An information processing device capable of measuring a load includes: load information acquisition means 12 for acquiring the number of execution processing units of an object to be measured and load information including a use rate of the object to be measured; resource limit value acquisition means 13 for acquiring a resource limit value which is the amount of simultaneously executable resources of the object to be measured; logical maximum value calculation means 14 for calculating a logical maximum value which is a ratio of the number of execution processing units to the resource limit value; and logical utilization factor calculation means 15 for calculating a logical utilization factor which is a ratio of the use rate to the logical maximum value.</p> |
