<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent detection accuracy of a displacement sensor from deteriorating by suppressing a distortion of a substrate.SOLUTION: A displacement sensor 10 detecting an amount of a displacement of a movable body 3 comprises: a case 31 that is provided in slide-contact with the movable body 3, defines a bottomed cylindric storage chamber 30 inside, and has an annular step part 32 in a smaller diameter than an inner diameter of the storage chamber 30 in a bottom surface of the storage chamber 30; a substrate 33 that abuts on the annular step 32, and defines a bottom chamber 34 between the bottom surface 30a of the housing chamber 30 and the substrate; a detection element 35 that is disposed on a bottom chamber 34 side of the substrate 33, and outputs a signal in accordance with an amount of a displacement of the movable body 3; a guidance passage 38 that guides to the bottom chamber 34 mold resin 39 to be charged inside the storage chamber 30 to anchor the substrate 33 to the annular step part 32.</p> |
