<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of sampling an active sludge mixed liquid in the same conditions of an aeration tank without use of cutoff devices, e.g. an electromagnetic valve.SOLUTION: A sampling device 1 includes a measurement container 2, an active sludge container 6 to be immersed with the measurement container 2, a compressor 4 for pressurizing the inside of the measurement container 2, an electromagnetic valve 3 capable of opening to the room air and cutting off of the inside of the measurement container 2, a constant rate pump 7 for injecting dilution water into the measurement container 2, and a pressure gauge 8 for measuring the pressure of the inside of the measurement container 2. In the bottom part of the measurement container 2, a coil-like slender tube part 5 is provided, and the measurement container 2 communicates with the active sludge container 6 through the slender tube part 5. When the mixed liquid flows into or is discharged from the measurement container 2, intended dilution sampling is feasible owing to the buffer action of the tube resistance on passing through the slender tube part 5.</p> |
