The present invention relates to a composition including Aceriphyllum rosii Engler (Rose mukdenia ) extract. More specifically, in the present invention, provided is a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing allergies including Rose mukdenia extracts as an active ingredient. Rose mukdenia in the present invention has various pharmacological actions including an anti-oxidant activity and an anticancer activity. The composition including the extract can prevent materials which cause allergies from being generated, thereby fundamentally preventing allergies compared with an existing allergy treatment material.
