The present invention relates to a device and a method for inoculating a liquid starter for culturing and fermenting microorganisms, by which a fermented product can be provided. More specifically, 0.01-1 μm of a liquid starter is sprayed to a steamed culture medium fermented in a fermenting chamber so that the starter is inoculated and a water content of 35-55% is realized. A water content and a starter inoculation are uniformly formed in the culture medium steamed in the fermenting chamber so that microorganisms can be homogeneously cultured and fermented. The same is discharged from a supplying screw (11) installed at the bottom of a hopper (10) for supplying the steamed culture medium (33), is installed on a transferring shaft (24) through a pipe (13) in an air transferring device (12), is supplied to a raw ingredient inlet (22) of a cyclone (16) for transferring an ingredient to the front, rear, left, and right thereof from a plane, and is provided with a particular thickness on a fermenting plate (31) of the fermenting chamber (30) through a raw ingredient outlet (23) formed at the bottom thereof, so that a particular quantity of the liquid starter can be continuously supplied and inoculated. Particles nozzles (49, 49a) installed in both sides of the external diameter of the raw ingredient outlet (23) are connected with a liquid starter tank (41) through a hose (44). A nozzle device (40) connected with a pump (42), a flowmeter (43), and a valve (45) is installed in the hose (44). The fine nozzles (49, 49a) spray fine particles of 0.01-1 μm in the liquid starter, and the culture medium (33) discharged onto the fermenting plate (31) has a moisture content maintained at 35-55%. |
