PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a visual line change possible range especially in a pan direction, and in addition, to acquire faster visual line change speed.SOLUTION: A pan mirror 21 can rotate in normal and reverse directions around a third rotation axis 22. The third rotation axis 22 extends in a direction approximately parallel to a visual line direction going toward the pan mirror 21 from a tilt direction control part 1. An angle α formed by the pan mirror 21 and the third rotation axis 22 is set to become a range of 0°<α<90°. The tilt direction control part 1 can scan the visual line direction to a virtual surface formed by a rotation locus of the pan mirror 21. The tilt direction control part 1 can control a tilt angle from the pan mirror 21 to a target in the visual line. The pan mirror 21 rotates around the third rotation axis 22, thereby controlling a pan angle from the pan mirror 21 to the target in the visual line direction. |
