PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird damage prevention tool capable of suppressing an increase in wind pressure load area even when being attached to electric wire, and capable of securing sure insulation.SOLUTION: A bird damage prevention tool 1 includes: a body member 2 having a cylindrical body 20 formed as a cylinder, a slit unit 21 formed along an axial direction of the cylindrical body, and a rail unit 22 provided on both sides with the slit body in between; and an attachment unit having an attachment base unit 30 formed to be in a long plate shape, a plurality of needlelike units 31, and a runner unit 32 arranged in a position facing respective rail units on the backside of the attachment base unit. This bird damage prevention tool 1 is capable of suppressing wind pressure load by reducing the size of the rail unit 22 compared to when a guide unit which is equivalent to the rail unit acts alone as a weight since the runner unit 32 and the rail unit 22 act as the weight in combination and insulation is also secured because the attaching member 3 is capable of being attached to the cylindrical body 20 without having a hole born in the cylindrical body 20. |
