PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel management system capable of assisting optimal allocation of personnel.SOLUTION: A management device 30 stores: personnel data including identification information of personnel in a first storage device 10 together with incidental information related to a deliverable of a project in which the personnel corresponding to the identification information is currently or previously engaged; and data on the deliverable obtained as a result of a task constituting the project in a second storage device 20 in association with the corresponding incidental information. By searching the incidental information stored in the first storage device 10, the management device 30 enables the personnel data associated with the searched incidental information and the corresponding data on the deliverable to be extracted. |
