PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination lamp which improves the convenience during replacement of the illumination lamp, and to provide a lighting device including the illumination lamp.SOLUTION: The illumination lamp includes: a cylindrical housing; a mouth piece part connected with one end side of the housing; a light source provided at the other end side of the housing; a lighting circuit which is housed in the housing and converts commercial power supplied via the mouth piece part into driving power used for driving the light source to supply the driving power to the light source; and a grasping member which is provided at the outer side of the housing and has an area smaller than an outer peripheral area of the housing. |
