PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize comfortableness in sitting in a chair while reducing chattering noise of a leg of a chair generated when the chair is dragged.SOLUTION: A sound insulation tool 100 arranged between the undersurface of a leg 200 of a chair and a floor surface is provided with a compression coil spring 100a, an upper side member 100b arranged on the upper side of the compression coil spring 100a, and a lower side member 100c arranged on the lower side of the compression coil spring 100a. The upper side member 100b and the lower side member 100c are formed of a material which is more unlikely to be deformed than the compression coil spring 100a, and the upper side member 100b is caused to contact the undersurface of the leg 200 of the chair directly or indirectly. When the chair is used, the compression coil spring 100a is crushed, and undersurfaces 100b2a and 100b3a of the upper side member 100b are caused to contact top faces 100c1b and 100c2a of the lower side member 100c. When the chair is dragged, the compression coil spring 100a is extended, and the undersurfaces 100b2a and 100b3a of the upper side member 100b, and the top faces 100c1b and 100c2a of the lower side member 100c are caused to be separated from each other. |
