PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device and a power supply-demand control method that are able to perform inverse load flow restriction to each user or each power distribution system according to need.SOLUTION: A server 6 is connected with a plurality of users 1-1via a communication network 3. When an expected balance within system of a power distribution system in a future time band is excess in the amount of inverse load flow power on the basis of information transmitted by the plurality of users 1-1, the server 6 transmits a signal indicating limiting the amount of inverse load flow in the time zone to a predetermined amount of power to each user 1-1. Thereby, the amount of inverse load flow within a power distribution system 2 can be restrained from exceeding the predetermined amount of power.
