<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female surface of a hook-and-loop fastener which can be used for a long time (lasts for a long time) since a loop and a fabric are not damaged when the attachment of a male surface of the hook-and-loop fastener with pressure and the separation are repeated and is excellent in air permeability.SOLUTION: A female surface of a hook-and-loop fastener in this invention is formed by laminating a surface material 5 having a loop 4, an intermediate material 6, and a back material 7. The surface material 5 is formed to raise the loop by pile knitting, and the surface material and the loop are set with high adhesion strength and excellent durability by providing a reactive hot melt adhesive 8 from the back of a pile knitted fabric. Since the loop 4 structurally rises firmly, the female surface is kept tangled excellently with a male surface, and the loop 4 and a fabric are not damaged by repeated intense attachment to and separation from the male surface. Moreover, grains of the fabric are not clogged unlike the loop which is raised forcibly by raising. Therefore, air permeability of the surface material itself is excellently kept.</p> |
