<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device with an advantageous technique to reduce color mixture in composition that pixel signals with multiple colors are read out for the same period.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device comprises a pixel array of multiple pixels arranged two-dimensionally and multiple train-signal processing circuits reading signals out of the pixel array through multiple train-signal lines arranged on each line of the pixel array, which read out pixel signals of the pixel array each having different colors for the same period. Among the multiple train-signal processing circuits, a train-signal processing circuit that processes a pixel signal with at least one of a different color is driven through a separated conductive wire in a region where the train-signal processing circuit that processes a pixel signal with at least one of a different color is arranged.</p> |
