The invention relates to cosmetic or dermatological emulsion preparations which are based on a water-in-oil emulsion and which, upon application to the skin, break open and release visible drops of water (quick-breaking emulsions). Said emulsions appeal to the senses, have a cooling effect, and provide skin care. Polyglyceryl-3-dimer dilinoleate and/or amodimethicone glycerocarbamate are used as w/o emulsifiers.
