The invention relates to a device for treating a region of the body of a patient having a cutaneous ulcer, said device comprising: a primary dressing of hydrogels, hydrocolloids, hydrocells or hydrofibres, which is impregnated with treprostinil and is conformable to the region that is to be treated; an active electrode (1), in contact with said primary dressing; a passive electrode (2), at a distance from the active electrode; a generator of direct electric current, the terminals of which generator are connected to said electrodes (1, 2), the cathode and the anode respectively forming the active electrode and the passive electrode for iontophoresis, so as to cause the treprostinil to migrate by cathodal iontophoresis into the region that is to be treated. |
