A simulation test method, device and system based on a nuclear power plant. The method comprises: a simulation test system acquiring first time operating data and second time operating data of a nuclear power plant system, wherein the second time operating data is real-time operating data; inputting the obtained first time operating data and second time operating data into a preset simulation model to conduct a simulation test; comparing result data of the simulation test with real-time operating data; and if the difference value between the result data and the real-time operating data is greater than a preset error value, the simulation test system adjusting the preset simulation model. The method is a simulation test method based on a nuclear power plant, and by inputting non-real-time operating data and real-time operating data of a nuclear power plant system into a simulation model to conduct a simulation test, the problem that the nuclear power plant system cannot realize an effective simulation risk pre-warning before an accident in the operation of the nuclear power plant is solved and an accurate simulation test can be realized.
