The electronic map system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a user client; a main server; an integral safety information management system; and a police server. The user client includes: a location data generation unit; a data transmission unit; a GPS reception unit; a data reception unit; a data display unit; a crime content display unit; a safety content display unit. The main server includes: a central storage unit; a central reception unit; a central mapping unit; and a central transmission unit.
