The present invention relates to a treatment apparatus allowing more prompt, simple, and effective mechanization when a medium material for mushroom culture, which is prepared using sawdust as a main source, is enclosed in a vinyl bag with predetermined standards (putting the material in a bag and then sealing the material by tying an entrance of the bag). That is, the present invention comprises: a sawdust material case (100) having a stirring wing unit (200) installed therein, wherein the stirring wing unit (200) rotates according to the operation of a motor (110); a sawdust discharge guide tube (300) protruding from the front side of a lower portion of the sawdust material case (100) by a predetermined length; a sawdust conveyance screw (100) installed on the bottom of the sawdust material case (100) including the sawdust discharge guide tube (300), and conveying the sawdust such that the sawdust is pushed forward and then discharged; a sawdust input density automatic controller (400) installed in the front of the sawdust discharge guide tube (300) with a predetermined distance from the sawdust discharge guide tube (300), wherein the sawdust input density automatic controller (400) automatically sets predetermined density and pressure when the sawdust moving out through the sawdust discharge guide tube (300) is put inside a vinyl bag which previously covers an outlet (310); and a conveyor (500) installed in the rear side of the sawdust input density automatic controller (400), and conveying a vinyl bag type sawdust batch, which is detached from the sawdust input density automatic controller (400), to a next process (tightly tying an entrance of the vinyl bag). |
