<p>Provided are a coal ash solidification foam material used for prevention and treatment of spontaneous combustion of coal and a preparation method therefor . The coal ash solidification foam material is composed of the following in part by weight: 40 - 60 parts of water, 100 parts of coal ash, 25 parts of a mixed powder capable of chemically self-producing gases, 1 - 5 parts of a setting accelerator, 1 - 4 parts of an activator, 0.6 - 1.5 parts of a water-reducing agent and 0.5 - 1 part of a foam stabilizing agent. The preparation method comprises: adding the foam stabilizing agent into water and stirring to form a foam stabilizing liquid, then adding the coal ash, the mixed powder capable of chemically self-producing gases, the setting accelerator, the activator and the water-reducing agent into a dry mixer and stirring for 10 to 15 minutes until same is mixed sufficiently uniform, and finally put the mixed powder into the foam stabilizing liquid to prepare the coal ash solidification foam material. The material is lightweight, and the foam fluid thereof can evenly cover loose coal rock masses and has a strong fracture permeability, an adjustable solidification time, a great compressive strength, a low heat conductivity coefficient and a good heat insulation effect; and during the foaming procedure, the released carbon dioxide can greatly dilute the concentration of oxygen within the residual coal space.</p> |
