PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection state estimation device capable of suppressing deterioration of estimation accuracy of a fuel injection state even when a fuel injection amount is not sufficient.SOLUTION: A fuel injection state estimation device 30 which is applied to a fuel injection system includes: a first waveform acquisition unit for acquiring a first waveform on the basis of a fuel pressure detected by a fuel pressure sensor 20 at the time of fuel injection by a fuel injection valve 10: a supply pulsation calculation unit for calculating a model waveform Wm on the basis of a supply pulsation model created beforehand; a second waveform acquisition unit for acquiring a second waveform W' in which the model waveform Wm calculated by the supply pulsation calculation unit is removed from the first waveform Wα; a third waveform acquisition unit for acquiring a third waveform W&bgr; on the basis of the fuel pressure detected by the fuel pressure sensor 20 right after the end of the fuel injection; an injection rate calculation unit for calculating an injection rate waveform on the basis of the second waveform W'; and a correction unit for correcting the supply pulsation model on the basis of a maximum value of the fuel pressure of the third waveform W&bgr;. |
