PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a customer sometimes feels uneasy about whether a name, an address and the like he/she told by telephone have been correctly recorded.SOLUTION: A communication mediation system includes: a telephone number reception unit for receiving a telephone number from a first communication terminal; a call control unit for establishing a call between a first telephone set corresponding to the telephone number and a pre-registered second telephone set; a display control unit for displaying a first display screen on the first communication terminal and having a second communication terminal associated with the second telephone set display a second display screen; and a change content reception unit for receiving contents of a change from the second communication terminal when the second display screen being displayed on the second communication terminal has been changed based on an operation on the second communication terminal. The display control unit changes and displays the first display screen being displayed on the first communication terminal based on the change contents. |
