<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a video transmission device that preferably performs transition restraint to a power saving state in a screen transfer system composed of one or more video transmission devices and one or more video display devices.SOLUTION: A video transmission device comprises: communication means for communicating with a video display device; connection management means for managing logical connection with the video display device via the communication means; and power management means for shifting the video transmission device to a power saving state. After establishing logical connection with the video display device by the connection management means, the video transmission device restrains transition to the power saving state by controlling the power management means.</p> |
