<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas laser oscillator capable of obtaining a desired laser beam output in a short time after transition from a standby state of laser beam off to a state of laser beam on.SOLUTION: A gas laser oscillator includes means for switching a switching frequency of an inverter circuit of a power supply of a gas laser oscillator according to a state of laser beam off or on, and under a standby state of laser beam off, controls the switching frequency so that discharging is performed at a frequency to a degree of no laser oscillation.</p> |
