PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor and a computer program, which quickly restore output of content which a mobile device provides at starting time.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 1 stops an operation after reception of ST1 till play time T1 after prescribed time from T0 and storage as resuming data after output of ST1 is stopped when an ACC power supply is turned off at play time T0 of ST1 while streaming data ST1 received from a mobile device 2 is outputted. The on-vehicle device 1 starts when the ACC power supply is turned on, starts output of the streaming data ST1 from T0 to T1, which is stored as the resuming data, and allows the mobile device 2 connected after start of the on-vehicle device 1 to perform transmission of ST1 from the position of T1. When the output of the resuming data is completed, output of ST1 received from the mobile device 2 from the position of T1 is started.
