<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor that allows preventing the occurrence of noise even for a high-luminance subject, a driving device for the image sensor, and an image apparatus including them.SOLUTION: An in-situ storage image sensor 20 includes a photodiode (PD) 21, a storage capacitance 30, a vertical transfer part 22, a horizontal transfer part 23, an output circuit 24, and an overflow gate (OFG) 40 between the photodiode 21 and the storage capacitance 30. While the photodiode 21 performs photoelectric conversion by using an OFG clockφO from a driving device 10, a potential barrier is formed under the overflow gate 40, which prevents signal charges overflowed from the photodiode 21 from flowing into the storage capacitance 30.</p> |
