<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burnt part from being generated by reflection light of laser, in an electronic control device equipped with a soldered member which is soldered by irradiation of laser beam.SOLUTION: An inclined plane IF is formed at a tip 11a of a connector pin 11, and the regularly reflected light Lof laser L irradiates a solder resist 24 formed on an outer periphery of a land 23. In the outer periphery of the land 23 of a wiring board 20, a metal film 31 is formed integrally with the land 23 under a region of the solder resist 24 irradiated with the regularly reflected light Lof the laser L. Since the regularly reflected light Lof the laser L is reflected by the metal film 31, the solder resist 24 can be prevented from being burnt.</p> |
