This package is provided with an electrical element (103), a substrate (121) for mounting the electrical element (103), and a container (100) for housing the electrical element (103). The container (100) is constituted by a cover part (101) and a container body (102). The container (100) hermetically seals the electrical element (103) and the space above the electrical element (103). This package is also provided with a heater (105) incorporated within the substrate (121), and flexible printed wiring (107) for electrically connecting the electrical element (103) and the outside of the container (100).
