<p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for detecting a target nucleic acid by nucleic acid chromatography, a kit for detecting a target nucleic acid, and a nucleic acid chromatography carrier. As a solution for said problem, the present invention provides a nucleic acid chromatography carrier with a primer-trapping region capable of trapping an oligonucleotide primer used in the amplification, a method using said carrier, and a kit comprising said carrier.</p> |
