A variable turbo charger according to the present invention comprises: a variable vane which is installed in a flow path where gas flows; a fixing part which fixes one side of the variable vane; and an actuator which elastically varies the variable vane around the fixing part by moving the other side of the variable vane to allow the variable vane to switch the flow of the gas. Thereby, the present invention reduces manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure of multiple link device and rotary rings for operating the variable vane.
