<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control for call arrival according to relation between an originator and a destination.SOLUTION: A call arrival management device 10 which manages call arrival from a telephone line TL to each of a plurality of telephones stores a list for specifying a call arrival process related to permission of call arrival at a destination, for a set of an originator and a destination. In a case where a call arrival addressed from the telephone line TL to a telephone is accepted (S1), the call arrival management device 10 acquires an originator number of the originator of the call arrival, from a relay device 20 that relays a talk path between the telephone line TL and the telephone (S2, S3). The call arrival management device 10 acquires a destination number from the relay device 20 based on the call arrival (S4, S5). The call arrival management device 10 specifies, based on the list, a call arrival process that is specified for a set of an originator number and a destination number obtained respectively (S6 to S8). The call arrival management device 10 controls the relay device 20 so that a specified call arrival process is performed on the call arrival (S9, S10).</p> |
