<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a terminal bracket in which a terminal bracket assembled through bending process meets the strength of a structure body as a terminal bracket.SOLUTION: A plate material of aluminum alloy capable of being bent and is shaped to a developed shape of a terminal bracket is subjected to bending process and assembled in a shape of the terminal bracket, and then, the assembled aluminum alloy is subjected to a solid solution treatment and artificial aging treatment, for improvement of material strength of the assembled aluminum alloy.</p> |
