摘要 A wavelength alignment method, comprising: a laser sending a first optical signal; transmitting a second optical signal after the first optical signal is filtered by a filter; monitoring the extinction ratio of the second optical signal and the optical power of the second optical signal; and when the extinction ratio of the second optical signal exceeds the upper limit of a first extinction ratio threshold value range and the optical power of the second optical signal exceeds the lower limit of a first optical power threshold value range, or the extinction ratio of the second optical signal exceeds the lower limit of the first extinction ratio threshold value range and the optical power of the second optical signal exceeds the upper limit of the first optical power threshold value range, adjusting an operating temperature of the laser and/or the filter to a target operating temperature, to enable the filter and the laser to realize wavelength alignment. Correspondingly, further provided are a wavelength alignment device, an optical transmitter and an optical network system.
