SERVICE QUALITY INDEX CALCULATION METHOD AND CALCULATION APPARATUS, AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM

Disclosed are a service quality index calculation method and calculation apparatus, and a communications system. The calculation method comprises: collecting multiple packets related to a webpage browsing service; determining packets generated from same webpage browsing; and calculating a service quality index of a webpage browsing according to the packets generated from the same webpage browsing. Implementation of this application can solve a problem in the prior art that a service quality index of one webpage browsing cannot be calculated, and can truly reflect service experience of a user.
