The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a luminance of an LED stage lighting, which uses a hybrid control scheme selectively using a phase control scheme and a digital control scheme. The apparatus includes: an LED lamp module; an AC phase control module to control and output a phase of an AC power by moving a driving time point of a triac based on a zero-crossing point of an AC neutral line such that a luminance of the LED lamp module is controlled; an LED lamp drive module to rectify and smooth an input power of the AC phase control module to apply the rectified and smoothed input power to the LED lamp module; a DMX512 receiving module to receive lamp control information transmitted by an outside manager such that the luminance of the LED lamp module is controlled; and a lamp driving control module to control the luminance of the LED lamp module by controlling the LED lamp driving module according to the lamp control information received by the DMX512 receiving module when the phase is not actually controlled by the AC phase control module.
