The present invention relates to a device for notifying an incoming call of mobile phone using temperature variation of a thermoelectric device, more particularly, to a device for notifying an incoming call of mobile phone using temperature variation of a thermoelectric device which is installed to a watch which is put on a human body and shows a temperature different from the human body temperature when receiving a call or a message by making the thermoelectric device, which is in contact with the skin, operate, and notifies the incoming status of the mobile phone. Accordingly, the present invention is wirelessly connected with a mobile phone and can be installed to a watch put on a user, and includes: a reception unit for wirelessly obtaining the received information wherein a call or a message is being received to the mobile phone; a current generation unit for generating an operating current from power source of the watch according to the received information obtained at the reception unit; a thermoelectric device unit for delivering temperature which is relatively higher or lower than the human body temperature of the user by being operated depending on the operating current generated in the current generation unit while being in contact with the skin of the user, wherein the receiving status of the mobile phone can be notified through thermal contact according to temperature variation of the thermoelectric device.
