PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep support device capable of reducing possibility of a user's awakening when the user's sleep is impeded.SOLUTION: A sleep support device 100 includes a control unit 110 comprising function blocks of: a prediction sleep model selection unit 203 for estimating a sleep stage of a user; an overlap determination unit 205 for determining whether or not an estimated sleep stage of a first user in which the first user is easy to awake and an estimated sleep stage during a second user's sleep in which the second user tends to cause a biological phenomenon overlap with each other; and a change sleeping time notification unit 206 and a stimulus instruction unit 207 which adjust a sleep stage of at least one of the first and second users when the overlap determination unit 205 determines that the overlap occurs.
