PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens substrate that can improve display qualities, an electro-optic device including the microlens substrate, and electronic equipment.SOLUTION: The microlens substrate includes a base glass 202 and a cover glass 203 disposed opposing to the base glass 202 via a resin layer 201. A plurality of microlenses is disposed on either of the base glass 202 and the cover glass 203. The resin layer 201 includes a first resin layer 201a disposed in a pixel region E and a second resin layer 201b disposed outside the pixel region E and spaced from the first resin layer 201a. |
