<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be easy in maintenance, to be advantageous to cost reduction, and to be suitable for quick work.SOLUTION: A road cleaning device is composed of a freely movable carriage 1, pressure water tanks 9 and 21 installed in the carriage, an inclined nozzle 13 and a vertical nozzle 23 provided in a lower part of the pressure water tanks, suction heads 17 and 27 installed in the carriage and a vacuum hose 35 communicated with the suction heads. A taking-out nozzle set 19 is constituted of the inclined nozzle and the suction heads installed just before the advancing direction of the inclined nozzle, and a crushing nozzle set 29 is constituted of the vertical nozzle and the suction heads installed just after the advancing direction of the vertical nozzle. Dust sticking to a road surface is obliquely taken out by injecting the pressure water from the inclined nozzle, and then, the dust is finely crushed by applying strong pressure to the solidified dust by the pressure water of the injecting vertical nozzle. The pressure water is sucked from the respective suction heads together with the crushed dust.</p> |
