<p>The present invention relates to a method for detecting changes in N-glycans of a biomarker by using a site-directly N-glycosylated glycopeptide as a biomarker. Specifically, in the present invention, haptoglobins of bloods is decomposed into peptides and glycopeptides by using non-specific protease, and glycopeptides having total four N-glycosylated sites, such as No.207, No.211, etc., are isolated. The inventors found a tumor-specific biomarker by using glycopeptide bonded to four N-glycosylated sites obtained likewise, thereby developing a method of detecting changes in N-glycans of a tumor in high specificity and high sensitivity.</p> |
