<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for hot-rolling a titanium plate. The apparatus includes a heating unit for heating a titanium plate; an auxiliary rolling unit for performing an auxiliary rolling of the titanium plate; and a transfer unit for transferring the titanium plate from the heating unit to the auxiliary rolling unit. The titanium plate supported by a skid of the heating unit has a skid cooling unit, and the transfer unit includes a heating belt for heating the skid cooling unit of the titanium plate. Since the heating belt heats the skid cooling unit, a bending of the titanium plate can be prevented to enhance a surface quality of the titanium plate.</p> |
