PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a backplane from protruding from a card basket notwithstanding the manufacturing tolerances of individual backplanes.SOLUTION: At least one of rear sides 9, 13 of first and second backplanes 7, 11, the rear sides facing each other, includes a plurality of counterbores 22. A spacer piece 14 is in contact with the bottom 21 of the counterbores. The depth 23 of the counterbores or the residual thicknesses of the first and second backplanes after drilling the counterbores depends on the length of the spacer piece, the size of a cabinet and a position of a fitting point in the cabinet, and is selected such that the distance between the front side 12 of the second backplane and the front of the cabinet is a predetermined value. The predetermined value is selected such that an electronic plug-in card 4a pushed onto the second backplane is completely received inside a rear card basket 6 and the end face of a front plate the electronic plug-in card forms the same plane with the rear card basket. |
