PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position controller or the like in an antibody chip production system allowing a uniform and accurate adhesion of an antibody to the inside of a chip.SOLUTION: The position controller is disposed in an antibody chip production system for producing an antibody chip by immobilizing an antibody in a chip. The position controller includes: an injector for injecting an antibody solution containing an antibody from an injection port of the chip; arrangement determining means for determining the arrangement place of the chip so that the positional relationship between the injection port and the injector has a predetermined positional relationship; and a movement control unit for inserting the injector into the injection port by controlling the position of the injection port and/or the position of the injector.
